About

Built for the owner, not the agency

InsightLoop watches the places your customers talk about you and drafts a reply in your voice for you to approve. Anything urgent reaches a person rather than a list, and it asks your happy customers for a review — both on plans that include them.

It is built for local businesses running one to three locations: a restaurant, a dental practice, a hotel, a shop. Not agencies, and not enterprise brands with ten thousand listings. No agency surface and no white-label version exists.

What we build

Most review tools hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Ours are written as service promises rather than feature lists, and the difference shows when a bad review lands at nine on a Friday night rather than on a comparison table.

A reply comes back in the language the review was written in, on plans that include it, because a guest who wrote to you in Vietnamese did not ask to be answered in English. Nothing posts without you approving it.

And a customer with a problem is offered a direct line to you as well as the public review — not instead of it, and not depending on how they rated you. Everyone sees the same two options in the same order.

How we work

Two things happen in two different places, on purpose. Starting on the free plan takes no conversation. Picking a paid one begins with a booked call rather than a checkout, because working out what a business with three locations needs is a conversation. Changing it afterwards happens by yourself, inside the dashboard, with nobody to ring.

The product is built to be read the way an instrument is read: every measurement in one typeface so a column of numbers can be compared at a glance, and motion that resolves in one direction, because something that overshoots reads as broken.

Who is behind it

The scope is the decision the rest of it follows from. One to three locations is a business where the owner still reads the reviews — where a bad Tuesday is a conversation rather than a line on a regional dashboard. Software built for a thousand listings is built for the person who reports on them, not the person who answers them.

Houston is where we are, and Central is when we answer. If there is something you want to know that is not here, ask.
