Terms of Service

InsightLoop is a customer feedback management and review routing engine for local businesses. It collects your public reviews, drafts replies for your approval, routes private feedback away from public platforms, summarises recurring themes, and sends review invitations to customers you provide.

We draft; you decide. Suggested replies are drafts. Except where you explicitly enable automatic posting for a category of review, nothing is published without your approval, and you remain responsible for everything published under your business’s name.

You may not use InsightLoop to:

• Send unsolicited messages of any kind. Every recipient must have given you their contact details in the course of doing business with you and must not have opted out.
• Upload, buy, rent, scrape, or otherwise obtain phone number or email lists you did not collect yourself from your own customers.
• Contact anyone who has replied STOP, unsubscribed, or otherwise asked not to be contacted.
• Offer, request, or provide any payment, discount, or incentive in exchange for a review, or write reviews of your own business.
• Filter, suppress, or gate review invitations so that only customers likely to leave a positive review are asked — invitations must go to customers on the same basis regardless of expected sentiment.
• Impersonate another business, or manage a business's listing without its authorisation.
• Send content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing.
• Attempt to breach the service's security, access another account's data, or interfere with its operation.

Review platforms have their own rules, and Google’s prohibition on incentivised and selectively solicited reviews applies to how you use this service. Breaking them can get your listing penalised or removed.

You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state messaging laws, and the A2P 10DLC registration and content rules of the mobile carriers. Specifically, you confirm that:

• Every phone number you upload belongs to a customer who gave it to you and who consented to be contacted about their visit.
• You keep records of that consent and will produce them if a carrier or regulator asks.
• You will honour opt-outs immediately, and will not attempt to re-add a number that has opted out.
• You will not use the service for marketing campaigns, promotions, or any purpose beyond inviting your own customers to leave feedback.

We may suspend messaging on your account immediately, without notice, if we receive carrier complaints, see opt-out rates that suggest a list was not collected properly, or have reason to believe this section is being breached.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You must give accurate account information and keep it current. One person may not share a login with people outside their business.

Your business data — your reviews, your customer contacts, your private feedback — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no contract and no minimum term.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Fees already paid are not refunded for a partial month.
• Promotional pricing, including the Founding Customer rate, applies for the stated period and on the stated conditions. After that period the plan renews at the standard rate for its tier, and we will tell you before that happens.
• We may change standard pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing customers.

We work to keep InsightLoop available and correct, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of the service depend on providers we do not control — Google, the messaging carriers, and our infrastructure providers — and their outages, rate limits, or policy changes can affect what the service can do. AI-generated drafts and summaries can be wrong; review them before you publish or act on them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, InsightLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to act on by law or by a provider, or that is used in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. On closure you may export your data for 30 days.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
